In Perkins Cove you can watch working boats come in and unload their catch of the day. There are also some restaurants and shops.

We stopped in Perkins Cove for lunch--clam chowder and lobster BLT. Delicious!
We walked back to Ogunquit to explore the town. It's a charming Maine coastal town that lies between the Atlantic Ocean and the Ogunquit River.

Downtown Ogunquit is typical of many Maine small towns that we drove through--loaded with flowers!
Here are just a few pictures of Wells, Maine. Their main street is loaded with flowers!
