During our stay in the Baltimore area visiting family, we toured Antietam Battlefield. We visited in April on a bright, sunny (but cold 43 degree) day.
Antietam was a Civil War battle and was the bloodiest day in American history with 22,717 dead, wounded, or missing. We saw many of the famous battlefield landmarks including The Cornfield, the Dunker church, the Sunken Road, and Burnside Bridge. It was a moving and informative experience.

At the end of May it was time to hit the road again. First up is an RV rally in Petrolia, Ontario, Canada. Canada, here we come!
